Changing the lens:
You will see a black plastic piece above the nose bridge, this holds the lens in place. Turn this piece vertically and wiggle it out to remove it, then, you can insert a different lens and replace the black piece.

Removing the arms:
Look at the frame where it connects to the arm, you will see a rectangular lug. Squeeze this inwards between your thumb and forefinger. The arms will then easily slide out so that the strap can be inserted. The arms comes out very easily once you get the hang of it, no need for any force.

These goggles comply with ISO 12312-1:2013+A1:2015 and block 100% UVA/UVB rays meeting ANSI Z80.3 UV General Purpose Protection Standards. Smoke lenses are UV filter category 3 suitable for bright sunlight, driving and general purpose wear. Clear and yellow lenses are category 0 suitable for low light, cloudy/overcast conditions and night riding.
