These superior TAC (Tri-Acetate Cellulose) lenses gives perfect optical quality and are less susceptible to delamination than standard polarised lenses, a very important consideration for rimless lenses. With frames constructed from super tough TR-90, BadAss sunglasses are ideal for most active sports and general outdoor use combining style, quality, durability and exceptional value for money.
Frame: semi-rimless with frame behind lens for added strength; made from virtually unbreakable TR90 Grilamid - a complex thermoplastic material which is incredibly lightweight, flexible, tough, hypo-allergenic and stable to UV exposure; soft rubber vented nose pads and ribbed arm end inserts provide maximum comfort and grip; weighing just 17 grammes; medium to large size (regular).
Lenses: grey-green smoke (G15) - uniform absorption of colours throughout the spectrum allows colours to be seen exactly as they are; 1.0mm TAC - infused with polarising filters that permeate the layers thus eliminating the delamination issues commonly associated with cheap polarised lenses; clear, distortion free vision under all sunlight conditions; hard coated scratch resistant; 100% UV400 protection.

These sunglasses comply with European Standard EN 1836:2005 and block 100% UVA and UVB rays meeting ANSI Z80.3 UV General Purpose Protection Standards. UV filter category 3 suitable for bright sunlight, driving and general purpose wear.
