of our sunglasses that we offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your sunglasses for whatever reason just send
them back to the address below and we’ll refund your money."
If your sunglasses are faulty or you are unhappy with them, just send them
back to our address and we can give you a refund or simply exchange them
for another pair providing they are returned in the same condition and have
not been worn. Our aim is to provide you with the best service possible. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items must be notified within 72 hours of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: To return items back to us, the shipping cost will be at your
expense, but you will receive a full refund on your purchase. However we cannot refund any optional shipping upgrades you may have selected during checkout such as the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery or International Shipping options.
Our guarantee is valid from the date of purchase for 14 days. We will extend
this guarantee to January 14th for all purchases made in December to cover
Christmas gift purchases.
This guarantee is only valid for purchases made within the UK.
Our sunglasses should not be used for direct viewing of the sun or in a solarium.
