Changing the lenses: The lens comes out very easily, no need for any force. First slide the nosepiece off the lens. Open the arms, and looking in from behind, locate the pip in the middle of the frame above the nose bridge which holds the lens in. Now, looking from the front, hold the lens in one hand and squeeze the pip out using the thumb and forefinger of your other hand. Forefinger behind the frame, thumb pushing the lens backwards. You will have to bend the frame and lens slightly to get the pip out. Pop out the middle portion first and then the side locators.
To replace the lenses: Put each side of the lens in first, then lastly snap in the middle portion - you may have to slightly bow/bend the lens again. Finally, replace the nosepiece on the glasses.
