The TR-90 material is melted and hand poured into optical quality moulds. They are then hand polished to perfection. The shatterproof, polycarbonate lenses are laser cut to offer perfect fitment. All tips and nosepieces are manufactured from the highest quality optical grade rubber that money can buy.
